How much does Inpulsd cost?
Two plans. Pro is $9.99/month (or $99/year), for solo instructors who want to plan and run their classes. Studio is $39/month (or $390/year), everything in Pro plus scheduling, members, bookings, payments, and live streaming. Both start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Which plan should I pick?
If you teach on your own and want to build routines and run great classes, Pro is all you need. If you manage members, take bookings, or collect payments through the app, choose Studio. You can switch plans anytime from settings.
Do you add payment processing fees?
No markup from us. On the Studio plan, payments from your members run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rates, the money goes straight to you. Pro doesn't process payments at all, since it's built for solo teaching.
Is my members' payment data safe?
On the Studio plan, payments are processed by Stripe, the same company trusted by Amazon, Shopify, and Instacart. Your members' card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.
Do you support international instructors?
Yes. Studio uses Stripe, which supports payouts to bank accounts in 46+ countries in local currency, teach from Bali, London, or Sydney and get paid to your local bank. Pro works anywhere; there's no payment processing involved.
Can I switch from Mindbody / Vagaro / WellnessLiving?
Yes. Export your client list as a CSV from your current platform, then import it into Inpulsd. Most instructors complete the switch in one afternoon. You can also run both platforms simultaneously during transition. Zero risk, zero downtime.
Will I lose my members during the switch?
No. Your members follow YOU, not software. When you import their info, they receive an email inviting them to your new booking system. One click and they're on Inpulsd.
I'm locked in a Mindbody contract. What do I do?
Start your free Inpulsd account now. Build your classes, import your client list, get comfortable. When your Mindbody contract ends, you're already running. No gap, no rush, no stress.
What is Studio Muse?
Studio Muse is your AI creative partner. Tell it what you need ("A 45-minute intermediate mat class focusing on core and flexibility") and it builds a complete routine with exercises, cues, timing, and transitions. It adapts to who you're teaching: seniors, beginners, athletes. It's the creative partner that's always inspired, never burned out.
What is Open Mat?
Open Mat is our sub-cover tool. When an instructor calls out sick, the studio auto-lists the class for coverage. Qualified instructors in the area see the opening and can claim it instantly. No more group texts, no more scrambling for a sub. Your class stays covered, your members stay happy.
Can I use my own music?
Yes. Connect Spotify or Apple Music and Studio Muse curates BPM-matched playlists synced to your class energy. Use your saved songs or discover new ones from the full catalog.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Inpulsd iOS app is on the App Store. It works for both instructors and members. Instructors can build classes, manage bookings, take payments, and run class mode from their phone. Members can browse your schedule, book classes, pay, and join live streams. Included on every plan with no add-on fee. Android is on the way.
Can my members book from their phone?
Yes. They can use the native iOS app or any mobile browser. Most class bookings happen on phones, so we built both paths to feel fast and clean. Your branding shows up in the app, not ours.
